जी हाँ , सीसीटीवी कैमरों में कैद ये तस्वीरें हैं उत्तर पश्चिमी दिल्ली के भारत नगर इलाके की जहाँ शनिवार रात ग्यारह बजे के करीब , शिव शंकर चौक के पास खड़ी इस नयी नवेली हुंडई क्रेटा को लेकर चलते बने ये शातिर चोर।
सीसीटीवी कैमरों में कैद इन तस्वीरों में साफ़ देखा जा सकता है की चोर एक नहीं बल्कि दो दो गाड़ियों में सवार हो कर पहले रेकी करते हैं।
फिर दोबारा आ कर मौके के आस पास के माहौल और गाड़ी की जाँच पड़ताल करते हैं।
ये चोर खुद भी लक्ज़री हौंडा सिटी और आई ट्वेंटी कार में चोरी करने निकलते हैं।
पेड़ के ठीक पीछे खड़ी इस SUV का दो बार मुआयना करने के बाद जब चोरों की गाड़ी तीसरी बार इसके पास आ कर रुकी तो शुरू हुआ गाड़ि को खोलने और फिर स्टार्ट करने का काम।
तस्वीरों में साफ़ देखा जा सकता है की सफ़ेद हौंडा सिटी से बाहर निकले दो शख्स इस एसयूवी को खोलने के बाद स्टार्ट करने की कवायद में लगे हुए हैं। महज कुछ मिनटों की मशक्कत के बाद ही ये गाड़ि को स्टार्ट कर चलते बने। हैरानी की बात ये भी है की चौदह लाख की लक्ज़री एसयूवी में लगे अत्याधुनिक सुरक्षा उपकरण भी इन चोरों को गाड़ी अनलॉक और स्टार्ट करने से नहीं रोक सके।.

ये देखिये बेख़ौफ़ चोर ... ये चोर देखिये होंडा सिटी से आता है और कैसे चोरी को अंजाम देता है .. आज सुबह चार बजकर अठाईस मिनट पर ये नकाबपोश चोर रोहिणी नार्थ इलाके में आया है .. गाडी का लॉक भी तोड़ता है और गाडी को घर के सामने से बेक करके ले जाता है .. आपकी कड़ी मेहनत और पाई पाई जोडकर खरीदी गई कार देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में बिलकुल भी सेफ नही है .. दिल्ली के रोहिणी इलाके में कार चोरी की घटनाए सबसे ज्यादा हो रही है और पुलिस CCTV फूटेज मिलने के बाद भी चोरो को पकड़ नही पा रही है .. कार चोर लगातार लोगो की गाड़ियां चुरा रहे है पर पुलिस सोई हुई है .. आज फिर रोहिणी नार्थ थाना इलाके से ये वेगन कार चोरी हुई है ... रोहिणी नार्थ इलाके के सरकारी टीचर नरेंद्र कुमार कल शाम घर आये और अपनी वेगन आर कार को घर के सामने ही सभी गाडियों के बेच पार्क किया .. सुबह चार बजकर अठाईस मिनट पर देखिये ये होंडा सिटी कार आती है .. इसमें से ये नकाबपोश उतरता है और इस वेगन आर के पास आता है और लॉक तोड़ने की कोशिश करता है लॉक नही टूट पाता तो दोबारा होंडा सिटी से जाता है और कुछ ही मिनट में दूसरी चाबी लेकर आता है और लॉक तोडकर देखिये कैसे कार चुराकर फरार हो जाता है

52 लाख की रकम से बने नाले में नहीं रूका बारिश का पानी
मामला अशोक विहार के ए ब्लॉक इलाके का है जहां निगम के द्वारा सोसाइटी में बारिश का पानी निकालने के लिए एक नाला बनाया जा रहा है... लेकिन मॉनसून की पहली बारिश में ही निगम का ये नाला पानी में बहता हुआ नजर आया... यहां तक की यहां की देखरेख कर रहे मुंशी से जब हमारी टीम ने बात की तो उसने बताया कि जेई छुट्टी पर है जिसके कारण वो इसे देखने नहीं आ पे थे उन्होनें इसे फाइनल नहीं किया था... हद तो तब हो गई जब हमे पता चला कि यहां कि देखरेख कर रहे मुंशी को इतना भी नहीं पता कि आखिर इस नाले को बनाने के लिए कितने का ठेका दिया गया था .
निगम के अनुसार जहां भी किसी भी प्रकार का ठेका दिया जाएगा वहां उसके ठेकेदार के नाम के सहित ठेके का सारा ब्यौरा एक बोर्ड पर लगा दिया जाता है लेकिन अशोक विहार के ए ब्लॉक इलाके में ऐसै कुछ देखने को नहीं मिला... साथ ही ए ब्लॉक में रह रहे लोगों का कहना हैं कि उन्होनें कई बार अधिकारियों को शिकायत कि और कहा कि नाले को बनाने के ले चालू सामान लगाया जा रहा है जो ज्यादा समय तक नहीं टिकेगा.. लेकिन अधिकारियों की तरफ से सोसाइटी के लोगों को कोई जवाब नहीं मिला .
निगम की इस तरह कि लापरवाही से तो यही लगता है कि इस बार भी मॉनसून दिल्ली के लिए मुसीबत बन कर ही आएगा... दिल्ली दर्पण की अब तक की सभी पड़तालों में दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली एमसीडी की पोल खुलती नजर आ रही है.. दिल्ली दर्पण आगे भी अपनी इस मुहीम को जारी रखेगा और लोगों से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाने की पुरजोर कोशिश करेगा।
