Brooke Mueller was arrested over the weekend for you guessed it...cocaine possession.
Brooke was arrested in Aspen and charged with assault and intent to distribute drugs. She was found in possession of cocaine, and allegedly, she was planning on selling it.
Brooke has battled with drug addiction for years and has actually been to rehab more times than Lindsay Lohan.
Brooke has been reportedly instructed by medical professionals to enter rehab for a period of 'at least nine months.' Brooke and Charlie have shared custody of their twin boys and her boys are the reason Brooke doesn't wanna go to rehab.
Mueller was booked at Pitkin County Jail and was bailed out by Sheen with an $11,000 bond..

Back in 2008, Sheen was arrested in the Colorado resort town for allegedly beating Mueller on Christmas morning. This time around, Mueller was busted after a woman at a local bar known as the Belly Up told police that the Mueller assaulted her. Police later tracked Mueller down at another bar where they say they discovered the cocaine in her possession.
The 34-year-old Mueller, who has gone through rehab for cocaine use in the past, has two sons with Sheen, whose own struggles with drugs have been more than amply documented.
