Brooke Mueller is having another rough holiday season in Aspen. The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen has been arrested for possession of 4 grams of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Back in 2008, Sheen was arrested in the Colorado resort town for allegedly beating Mueller on Christmas morning. This time around, Mueller was busted after a woman at a local bar known as the Belly Up told police that the Mueller assaulted her. Police later tracked Mueller down at another bar where they say they discovered the cocaine in her possession.
The 34-year-old Mueller, who has gone through rehab for cocaine use in the past, has two sons with Sheen, whose own struggles with drugs have been more than amply documented..

The 20-year-old musician was arrested after a car he was riding in was pulled over during a traffic stop on Santa Monica Boulevard and La Cienega. Indio posted his $10,000 bail and was released early Sunday morning. Robert himself famously struggled with drug addiction and was arrested in 1996 and 2000 on cocaine-related charges. In 2010, Robert opened up in Rolling Stone about his struggles with cocaine, saying, 'Smoking dope and smoking coke, you are rendered defenseless. The only way out of that hopeless state is intervention.' He has reportedly been sober since his final stint in rehab back in 2003.

Indio, 20, was allegedly in a car with two other people when the vehicle was pulled over by police officers and the actor's son was found with cocaine in his possession.

'Saturday afternoon around 2 pm, [Indio Downey] was a passenger in a car,' an official with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department tells Us Weekly. 'It was stopped by a sheriff's deputy because it appeared he was using narcotics paraphernalia to ingest. He was stopped, investigated and found to be in possession of that paraphernalia and a controlled substance believed to be cocaine.'
According to TMZ, the car was stopped because a passenger was seen smoking from a pipe. Indio was then searched and arrested on charges of cocaine possession. He was reportedly released late on Sunday evening after posting $10,000 bail.

Downey Jr., 49, spoke out following his son's arrest. The Iron Man star, who famously struggled with addiction in the past (including jail time), said in a statement to Us Weekly, 'Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it.'
