udge Judy got a really good deal on some used china and flatware ... problem is the woman who owned the stuff claims the TV jurist essentially stole it right out from under her and now the scorned woman is out for blood.

Here's the lowdown. Judy has a producer named Randy Douthit, who was going through an epically nasty divorce from Patric (that's the way she spells it) Jones. The former couple had some expensive, Christofle tableware.

Jones has filed a lawsuit against Judy, claiming the jurist and Douthit entered into a fraudulent scheme to screw her out of the china and flatware, which she values at $514,421.14.

Jones alleges in the suit, filed by Bev Hills attorney Perry Wander ... Douthit sold Judy the goods for a measly $50,000, without her knowledge or consent. Jones claims Judy knew full well the deal was revenge against her.

And the conspiracy allegations get even worse. Jones claims Randy agreed to reduce his profit participation in the Judge Judy show so he wouldn't have to fork over as much money in the divorce settlement.

Jones wants Judy to either fork over the china and flatware or pay her $514,421.14. She's also gunning for punitive damages.

Eddie Murphy is dead according to rumors sparked by the Global Associated News. However, the news has been confirmed as just another death hoax, and the 'Nutty Professor' actor is alive and well.
A report was originally released by the attention seeking website claiming that Murphy had been killed in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland. The fake claim also stated that he had lost control of his board and gone crashing into a tree, suffering critical injuries.
The 'news' report stated: 'The actor & novice snowboarder was vacationing at the Zermatt ski resort in Zermatt, Switzerland with family and friends. Witnesses indicate that Eddie Murphy lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed.'
It further added that Murphy was 'air lifted by ski patrol teams to a local hospital, however, it is believed that the actor died instantly from the impact of the crash. The actor was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played any part in his death.'
Fans immediately took to social media sites to discuss the death, with many not initially realizing whether it was true or not.
However, the report was proven to be false and a disclaimer was in fact published on the website saying the death was a hoax and that it was simply written for 'entertainment.'

Judge Judy Sheindlin presides over a case on the set of her syndicated show 'Judge Judy.'

Judge Judy is reportedly being sued over some very pricey dishes she allegedly bought from one of her producers.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Randy Douthit sold Judge Judith Sheindlin china after his split from wife Patric Jones. The suit states the tableware bought by the judge was worth more than $500,000 but she bought it for $50,000. The lawsuit claims Sheindlin and Douthit entered into a fraudulent scheme to prevent Jones from obtaining the dishes in the divorce.

Jones is seeking the dishes or their value. But Judge Judy told TMZ to her knowledge no such lawsuit exists.

'I have not seen any complaint by the former Mrs. Douthit, however, I don't owe this lady a cent,” she said. “And if this 50-year-old woman would spend her time more productively at trying to find a job, instead of abusing the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, we would all be a lot better off.'

The Judge Judy star was slapped with a lawsuit over some (really) expensive china today at Los Angeles County Superior Court from Patric Jones, the former spouse of her producer Randall Douthit. In the documents, Jones claims that her ex sold the china to Judge Judy at one-tenth of value.
The suit for the return of property states that the Christofle Mary Bone China was community property, but that Douthit sold it to Sheindin for $50,000, when it's actual retail value is $514,421.14.

Jones claims this sale was a scheme where her ex-husband conspired with Judge Judy to cut her out of the sale of their community property, and adds that Sheindlin, who is an actual Family Law judge, knew that this type of sale required both spouses' written consent.
However, Judge Judy reportedly said, 'I have not seen any complaint by the former Mrs. Douthit, however, I don't owe this lady a cent. And if this 50-year-old woman would spend her time more productively at trying to find a job, instead of abusing the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, we would all be a lot better off.'
Jones is asking for the china returned, $500,000 in punitive damages and court costs.
