1 फरवरी को finance minister अरुण जेटली केंद्र की एनडीए सरकार का चौथा बजट पेश करेंगे. इस बार 1 फरवरी को पेश होने के साथ-साथ और भी कई अहम बातें हैं जो इस बजट को खास बना रही हैं| देखना होगा कि किस हद तक वो देश की जनता, इंडस्ट्री, व्यापारी और बाजार की आशाओं को पूरा कर पाते हैं.
इस बार बजट के खास होने की 5 बड़ी वजह हैं
1. आम बजट के साथ रेल बजट भी पेश किया जायेगा। अब तक रेल बजट को आम बजट और आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण से पहले पेश किया जाता रहा है. सबसे पहले रेल बजट और इसके बाद आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण और इसके बाद केंद्रीय बजट सांसद में पेश होता था। एनडीए की सरकार ने पिछले साल ही रेल बजट के साथ आम बजट पेश करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी थी।
2. यह नोटबंदी के बाद सरकार का पहला बजट होगा। देश के आर्थिक इतिहास की सबसे अहम घटनाओं में से एक नोटबंदी के बाद ये सरकार का पहला बजट है. 8 नवंबर 2016 को पीएम मोदी के नोटबंदी के ऐलान के बाद देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर जो असर हुआ है उसका सटीक आंकड़ा इस बजट में पेश किया जा सकता है. नोटबंदी के बाद सरकार के पास जो पैसा आया है और इकोनॉमी में जो बदलाव आया है उसके आधार पर सरकार निश्चित ही बजट में कुछ बड़े ऐलान कर सकती है।
3. GST के लागू होने से पहले का बजटः पूरे देश में एक टैक्स व्यवस्था लागू होने की तारीख 1 जुलाई 2017 है और ये बजट उससे पहले टैक्स ढांचे को तय करने में अहम भूमिका निभा सकता है. राज्यों के बीच अलग-अलग टैक्स की दरों को एकसमान करने से पूरे देश की गुड्स की कीमतें समान होंगी और सरकार के पास भी यूनिफॉर्म टैक्स आएगा।
