ഉത്തര്‍പ്രദേശ് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ദിനേഷ് ശര്‍മയാണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ട്യൂബ് ശിശു സമ്പ്രദായത്തിന്‍റെ ഉല്‍പത്തി കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.സീതാദേവിയെ ഉഴവുചാലിലെ മണ്‍കുടത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് കണ്ടുകിട്ടിയെന്നാണ് രാമായണം പറയുന്നത്. അന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ്ട്യൂബ് ശിശു സമ്പ്രദായം നിലനിന്നിരുന്നു എന്നല്ലേ ഇതിനര്‍ഥം.ഒരു പൊതു പരിപാടിക്കിടെയായിരുന്നു ദിനേശ് ശര്‍മയുടെ പരാമര്‍ശം.ആധുനിക കാലത്തെ പല സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യകളുടെയും തുടക്കം പുരാണങ്ങളിലും ഇതിഹാസങ്ങളിലും ആണെന്നാണ് ദിനേഷ് ശര്‍മ്മയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍. കുരുക്ഷേത്രയുദ്ധവിവരം തത്സമയം ഹസ്തിനപുരിയില്‍ ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രരെ അറിയിച്ചത് തേരാളിയായിരുന്ന സഞ്ജയനാണ്. അത് 'തത്സമയ വാര്‍ത്താ സംപ്രേഷണ'മാണ്. അങ്ങനെയല്ല എങ്കില്‍, പിന്നെയെന്താണ് 'ലൈവ് ടെലികാസ്റ്റ്' എന്നാണ് മന്ത്രിയുടെ ചോദ്യം.നാരദമഹര്‍ഷിയെയും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായിട്ടാണ് ശര്‍മ കാണുന്നത്.
