Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menyiapkan dakwaan terhadap terdakwa kasus korupsi PLTU Riau I Eni Maulani Saragih yang akan menjalani sidang perdana di Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor), Jakarta, pada Kamis (29/11/2018).
Dakwaan tersebut berisikan peran dan sejumlah pertemuan Eni bersama pihak terkait dalam kasus tersebut, termasuk Direktur Utama PLN Sofyan Basir.
'ES akan menghadapi sidang pada Kamis (29/11/2018). Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) akan membaca dakwaan terhadap Eni Saragih. Diduga yang bersangkutan menerima (suap) dari Johannes B. Kotjo dan akan diuraikan, apakah menerima dari pihak lain', ungkap juru bicara KPK Febri Diansyah.
KPK belum memastikan apakah akan kembali membuat penyidikan baru untuk menetapkan tersangka baru dalam kasus korupsi PLTU Riau I.
'Pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka IM telah dilakukan dengan membahas sejauh mana pengetahuan saksi tentang dugaan pertemuan terhadap Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan pendalaman sejauh mana pengetahuan saksi tentang dugaan pertemuan terhadap pembahasan PLTU Riau I.
