അമേരിക്കന്‍ ബഹിരാകാശ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യാ സ്ഥാപനമായ സ്‌പെയ്‌സ്എക്‌സ് 12,000ത്തോളം ഉപഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ വിക്ഷേപിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങുന്നുവെന്ന വാര്‍ത്ത ദിവസങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പാണ് വന്നത്. ഇപ്പോഴിതാ 272 ഉപഗ്രങ്ങള്‍ വിക്ഷേപിക്കാന്‍ ഒരു ചൈനീസ് കമ്പനിയും രംഗത്തെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ലോകവ്യാപകമായി വൈഫൈ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയാണ് ലിങ്ക്ഷുവര്‍ എന്ന ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യാ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം.
2013 ല്‍ സ്ഥാപിതമായ ലിങ്ക് ഷുവര്‍ സൗജന്യ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനരംഗത്ത് ശ്രദ്ധപതിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന മൊബൈല്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവന ദാതാവാണ്. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ചയാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ ആദ്യ ഉപഗ്രഹവിക്ഷേപണ പദ്ധതിയെ കുറിച്ച് ലിങ്ക് ഷുവര്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്.
വടക്ക് കിഴക്കന്‍ ചൈനയിലെ ഗാന്‍സു പ്രവിശ്യയിലുള്ള ജ്യുക്വാന്‍ ഉപഗ്രഹ വിക്ഷേപണ കേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് അടുത്ത വര്‍ഷം ഉപഗ്രഹം വിക്ഷേപിക്കുമെന്നും 2020 ഓടെ പത്ത് ഉപഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ ബഹിരാകാശത്തെത്തുമെന്നും ഒരു ചൈനീസ് മാധ്യമം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു. 2026 ഓടെ 272 ഉപഗ്രങ്ങളും വിക്ഷേപിക്കും.ഈ ഉപഗ്രഹ സമൂഹം നല്‍കുന്ന ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ വഴി ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാവുമെന്നും മൊബൈല്‍ നെറ്റ്വര്‍ക്ക് ഇല്ലാത്തയിടത്തും ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്നു.
3,000 കോടിയിലധികം രൂപ ഇതിന് വേണ്ടി നിക്ഷേപിക്കാനാണ് പദ്ധതിയെന്ന് ലിങ്ക് ഷുവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
ഭാവിയില്‍ വിവിധ മേഖലകളില്‍ ഈ പദ്ധതി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താനാവുമെന്ന പ്രത്യാശയും അവര്‍ പങ്കുവെച്ചു.ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്ര സഭയുടെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് 2017 അവസാനിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ 390 കോടി ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം ലഭ്യമല്ല. ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉപരിതലത്തിലുള്ള വൈവിധ്യങ്ങള്‍ കാരണം പല മേഖലകളിലും ടെലികമ്യൂണിക്കേഷന്‍ ശൃംഖല സ്ഥാപിക്കാനാവാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണ്. ഇവിടെയാണ് ഉപഗ്രങ്ങള്‍ വഴി നേരിട്ട് ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം എന്ന ആശയത്തിന് സാധ്യത കല്‍പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്.നിലവില്‍ ഗൂഗിള്‍, സ്‌പെയ്‌സ് എക്‌സ്, വണ്‍ വെബ്, ടെലിസാറ്റ് പോലുള്ള കമ്പനികള്‍ ഉപഗ്രഹം വഴി ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സേവനം നല്‍കുന്നതിനുള്ള പദ്ധതികള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞു.അമേരിക്കയുടെ ജിപിഎസിന് പകരമായുള്ള ബെയ്ദു നാവിഗേഷന്‍ സാറ്റലൈറ്റ് സിസ്റ്റത്തിന്റെ (ബിഡിഎസ്) നിര്‍മാണത്തിലാണ് ചൈന. അമേരിക്കയുടെ ജിപിഎസ്, റഷ്യയുടെ ഗ്ലോനാസ്സ്, ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഐആര്‍എന്‍എസ്എസ് അഥവാ നാവിക് എന്നിവായണ് ഇതിനു മുൻപത്തെ പദ്ധതി.ഇതിനു ശേഷം വരുന്ന നാലാമത്തെ ഗതിനിര്‍ണയ

Association for Social Health in India (ASHI) is a Voluntary and Social Organization aiming at challenging those conditions that lead to exploitation of women and children for anti-social purposes by providing shelter for Destitute & Orphan children and arranging for their education, vocational training and rehabilitation are one of the Association’s main activities. The Governor of Haryana, their Chief Patron, visits the Home once a year to encourage and bless the children.
