Nupur Talwar bail order reserved till Wednesday

Ghaziabad, May 1- It is another crucial day for Nupur Talwar who is accused in 2008 double murder of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. A Ghaziabad court has heared the arguments of CBI and Nupur\'s advocate and reserved the order on on her bail plea. Nupur was sent to judicial custody on Monday after the court rejected her interim bail plea. She spent the night in a cell in Dasna jail. The judge will begin hearing Nupur\'s bail application around 10:30 am on Tuesday and will either grant her bail or reject it. If the court rejects her bail plea, Nupur\'s lawyers are expected to immediately move the Allahabad High Court for bail. Nupur may ask for an interim bail till her regular bail is decided. The interim bail plea of murdered teenager Aarushi Talwar\'s mother was rejected and she was asked to appear before the court on Tuesday. The CBI has been opposing her plea on the grounds that she is trying to delay proceedings and her conduct has been objectionable in the double murder case. On a dramatic day of court hopping, Nupur failed to get relief from a Special CBI court before which she surrendered on Monday morning following a Supreme Court directive to her to do so. In the sessions court, Nupur\'s lawyer argued that an interim bail should be granted to her because if she is jailed it would affect her reputation. The lawyer said that bail should be granted till the time prope.
