The Boeing 747, widely referred to as the “Jumbo Jet” or “Queen of the Skies”, is one of the most significant commercial jet airliner and cargo aircraft of the aviation industry. Its birth brought about several changes that not only eased the life of mankind, but also introduced the idea of luxury flying. The journey of the Boeing Company dates back to March 1910 when William E. Boeing bought the Heath's shipyard in Seattle.
