Congress vice-president Shri Rahul Gandhi believes that Women's Self Help Groups have the potential of unleashing a silent revolution across rural India. Seeking to tap this revolutionary potential, Shri Gandhi addressed a public meeting of Women's SHG members mobilised under the UPA government's flagship scheme Ummeed, at Badgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
