കോടതിയുടെ പ്രവര്ത്തന ദിവസങ്ങളില് ലീവെടുക്കരുത്. പ്രവര്ത്തന സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോടതിമുറികളില് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. ജോലികള് കൃത്യമായി ചെയ്യുന്നതില് ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കണം, ജുഡീഷ്യറിയെ അഴിമതിയില് നിന്ന് മുക്തമാക്കണം. ഇതൊക്കെയാണ് രഞ്ജന് ഗൊഗൊയുടെ നിര്ദേശങ്ങള് .കേസുകള് മുടങ്ങി കിടക്കുന്നത് നിയമ സംവിധാനത്തിന് അപകീര്ത്തി വരുത്തുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ജഡ്ജിമാരെ ഓര്മിപ്പിച്ചു.ദേശീയ ജുഡീഷ്യല് ഡാറ്റ പ്രകാരം രാജ്യത്തെ ഹൈക്കോടതികളില് 43 ലക്ഷത്തോളം കേസുകള് കെട്ടികിടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില് 55,946 കേസുകളാണ് കെട്ടികിടക്കുന്നതെന്നും റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറയുന്നു. കോടതിയുടെ പ്രവര്ത്തനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താന് പത്തോളം മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശങ്ങളുമായാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ജഡ്ജിമാരുമായി ചര്ച്ചനടത്തിയത്. ജുഡീഷ്യറിയിലെ അഴിമതിയെ ചര്ച്ചയ്ക്കിടെ ഗൊഗൊയ് രൂക്ഷമായി വിമര്ശിച്ചു. ജോലി ചെയ്യാന് മടിക്കാണിക്കുന്ന ജഡ്ജിമാരെ പിന്വലിക്കണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം നിര്ദേശിച്ചു. അഭിഭാഷകരെ പോലെ മികച്ച വേതനം ജഡ്ജിമാര്ക്കും വേണം. അല്ലങ്കില് പ്രലോഭനങ്ങള്ക്ക് കീഴ്പ്പെട്ടേക്കാം. ജുഡീഷ്യയറിയില് ഒഴിവുള്ള തസ്തികകളില് നിയമനം നടത്തണം. അല്ലങ്കില് അത് സംവിധാനത്തെ ബാധിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
