Today we conducted Cordon & Search operation peacefully from 0300 hours to 0600 hours at Sadathnagar colony, Errakunta in the limits of Balapur Police Station. During the search, the Police force rounded up the suspects and property offenders about (06) persons and took them into custody and verified their complicity. About 15 Motorcycles, 02 Autos, Total (17) vehicles and 217 quarter bottles and illegal Gutka packets worth approximately Rs. 50,000/- were seized from the possession of two persons and verified the documents of Automobiles as well as the complicity of property offenders/bad characters and released after proper enquiry. With regard to the seizure of liquor bottles and Gutka packets, registered FIRs are being registered i.e., 1) 300/2018 U/sec 34(a) of AP Excise Act 1968, 2) 301/2018 U/sec 188, 273 IPC and Sec. 20 (1) of Cigarettes and other tobacco products (Prohibition of advertisement and regulation of trade and commerce production, supply and distribution) Act 2003, against of accused Akki Venkatesh s/o Kistaiah aged 39 years, occupation: Toddy Business, caste: Goud r/o Errakunta, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and M.A. Raheem s/o M.A Hameed aged 31 years, occupation: Business r/o Sadathnagar colony, Errakunta, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
