A passenger aeroplane has skid off the runway at LaGuardia airport in New York City amid snowy conditions.
Emergency officials were called to the airport at about 11:00 local time (16:00 GMT) but no injuries have been reported.
Local media pictures appear to show the plane, a Delta MD-80, has pushed past the airport fence.
Delta Air Lines says passengers are deplaning via aircraft slides and being brought to the terminal by bus.

വിമാനത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന 162 യാത്രക്കാരും ആറ് ജീവനക്കാരും പരിക്കുകളൊന്നും കൂടാതെ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു
വിമാനം തെന്നിമാറിയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പ്രാദേശിക തലത്തില്‍ അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പതിനെട്ടാം തിയതിയാണ് കടലിന് അഭിമുഖമായി നിന്ന വിമാനം ഉയര്‍ത്തി മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് മാറ്റിയത്. വിമാനം ഒരു പുസ്തകശാലയാക്കി മാറ്റാന്‍ നഗരസഭക്ക് കൈമാറണമെന്ന് മേയര്‍ പെഗാസസ് കമ്പനിയോട് അഭ്യര്‍ഥിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രതികരണം അനുകൂലമാണെന്നും വിമാനം വാടകയ്ക്ക് എടുത്തതായതിനാലും ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് കമ്പനിയുമായി കൂടിയാലോചിച്ച ശേഷം അന്തിമ തീരുമാനം അറിയിക്കാമെന്നാണ് അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതെന്നും മേയര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.അങ്ങനെയാണെങ്കില്‍ അത്ഭുതകരമായ നിരവധി പേരുടെജീവന്‍ രക്ഷിച്ച ഈ ിമാനം ഇനി തലമുറകളില്‍ അറിവുപകരുന്നിടത്താവളമായി മാറും
