The CBI has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court claiming that there are a number of incriminating material/correspondence that was collected during the probe the agency against the senior police officials as well as senior politicians. The CBI affidavit says SIT carried out the probe and significant evidence such as mobile phones, laptops etc were handed over to the main accused in Saradha scam case by the investigating officer of the West Bengal Police working under direct supervision of Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar.
