In an inspiring film journey spanning for close to three decades, Ravi Teja sweated it out to settle as a bankable male lead in Telugu cinema. Presently, the 51-year-old’s protagonist career is in doldrums with successive failures at the box-office. Ravi Teja has pinned all hopes on his forthcoming science-fiction entertainer with Vi Anand of ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’ and ‘Okka Kshanam’ fame.

Officially titled as ‘Disco Raja’, the title poster of the film has just been released on the occasion of Ravi Teja’s birthday. ‘RX100’ fame Payal Rajput and Nabha Natesh of ‘Nannu Dochukunduvate’ will be playing the female leads.
According to the latest buzz in T-town, ‘Disco Raja’ is a period film set in the late 80s. Essaying a double-role, the Mass Maharaja of Tollywood will reportedly be seen in a complete retro avatar. Looks like a visual treat is guaranteed for the masses!

While Ram Talluri is bankrolling the project after ‘Nela Ticket’, S Thaman is on board to compose the music.
