- मुंबई में डांस बार मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज कड़ी टिप्पणी करते हुए महाराष्ट्र सरकार को फटकार लगाई है…कोर्ट ने कहा कि सड़कों पर भीख मांगने से अच्छा है कि महिलाएं स्टेज पर डांस कर अपनी रोज़ी रोजी चलाएं।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसे महिलाओं का संवैधानिक हक बताते हुए कहा कि डांस बार में काम करके अगर कोई महिला पैसे कमाती है, तो ये गलत नहीं हैं... कोर्ट ने कहा कि आप ये नहीं कह सकते कि डांस नहीं होगा। रेगुलेशन और प्रतिबंध लगाने में फर्क होता है... फटकार लगाते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा की किसी न किसी बहाने से राज्य सरकार डांस बार पर प्रतिबन्ध लगाने की कोशिश न करे..साथ ही sc ने राज्य सरकार को निर्देश दिए है कि डांस बार के कर्मचारियों का पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन कर एक हफ्ते में बार के लाइसेंस दें...कोर्ट ने सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि स्कूल-कॉलेज से एक किलोमीटर के दायरे में डांस बार का लाइसेंस न दिए जाने की शर्त वो हटाए...इस पर सरकार ने कहा कि हम शर्तों में बदलाव करेंगे।
