Workers at a pub in Kent have been branded 'transphobic s***lords' after footage of a transgender woman being refused access to the ladies' toilets went viral.

Joanna Louise, 30, filmed her confrontation with bar staff at the Foresters Arms in Ramsgate, Kent, on Tuesday.

The footage shows a woman behind a bar telling Joanna she could not allow her to use the women's loos because of management policy.

Two other customers are heard apparently pleading Joanna's case.

Even though the manager, known as Ruby, is not on the premises, a bar worker says she would find out because Joanna would be seen on CCTV entering the toilets..
