8 ദിർഹം തിരികെ അടയ്ക്കാൻ യുവാവിനെ പിടികൂടിയപ്പോൾ ബാങ്കിന് പകരം നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകേണ്ടി വരുന്നത് 10 ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപ കോഴിക്കോട് സ്വദേശി അജിത്തിനാണ് അനുകൂല വിധിയുണ്ടായത്.2008ൽ ദുബായിലെ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് 13,800 ദിർഹം പരിധിയുള്ള ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാർഡ് അജിത്ത് എടുത്തിരുന്നു. ദുബായിലെ കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നു 2015ൽ സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം ലഭിച്ചു സൗദിയിലേക്കു പോയി. പോകുംമുൻപ് കാർഡിന്റെ എല്ലാ ബാധ്യതകളും തീർക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 2017 ജൂണിൽ സൗദിയിൽ നിന്ന് അബുദാബി വഴി നാട്ടിലേക്കു യാത്രചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ എമിഗ്രേഷൻ പിടികൂടുകയായിരുന്നു.അമ്മയുടെ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു പോകുകയാണെന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 13,800 ദിർഹം കെട്ടിവച്ചശേഷം യാത്ര ചെയ്യാൻ അനുവദിച്ചു.സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ വരുത്തി തുക അടച്ചശേഷം നാട്ടിലേക്കു പോയെങ്കിലും തിരികെ ദുബായിലെത്തിയപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും പിടികൂടി. സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ നിന്നു ജാമ്യത്തിലിറങ്ങി ബാങ്കിങ് സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ 8 ദിർഹം ബാക്കി അടയ്ക്കാനുണ്ടെന്നായിരുന്നു മറുപടി. തുകയടച്ച് കേസ് ഒഴിവാക്കിയശേഷം ദുബായ് അൽ കബ്ബാൻ അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ്സിലെ സീനിയർ ലീഗൽ കൺസൽറ്റന്റ് അഡ്വ.ഷംസുദ്ദീൻ കരുനാഗപ്പള്ളി വഴി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു.ഇതോടെ, ഗ്യാരന്റി ചെക്ക് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു മലയാളി യുവാവിനെതിരെ കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്ത ബാങ്കിങ് സ്ഥാപനം 50,000 ദിർഹം (ഏകദേശം 10 ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപ) നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകേണ്ടി വരും. പ്രാഥമിക കോടതി വിധി അപ്പീൽകോടതി ശരിവെയ്ക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

നീൽസ് നൂറിലേറെ രോഗികളെ മരുന്നു കുത്തിവച്ചു കൊന്നുവെന്ന കേസില്‍ വിചാരണ നേരിടുകയാണ്. മരണമടഞ്ഞവരുടെ 126 ബന്ധുക്കൾ പരാതിക്കാരായി രംഗത്തുണ്ട്. മുൻപു നടന്ന വിചാരണകളിൽ കുറ്റം തെളിഞ്ഞ് 15 വർഷത്തെ തടവ് അനുഭവിക്കുകയാണ് ഇയാളിപ്പോൾ. സംശയം തോന്നിയ 134 മൃതദേഹങ്ങൾ പുറത്തെടുത്തു പരിശോധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇവയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ശാസ്ത്രീയ തെളിവുകൾ പുതിയ വിചാരണയിൽ നീൽസിനെതിരെ വിരൽചൂണ്ടുമെന്നാണ് അനുമാനം.
കുറ്റം തെളിഞ്ഞാൽ നീൽസ് ജർമനിയുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഭീകരനായ പരമ്പരക്കൊലയാളിയായി ചരിത്രത്തിൽ കുപ്രസിദ്ധി നേടും.
ഓൽഡൺബർഗ് കോടതിയിലാണ് വിചാരണ. 30 രോഗികളെ കൊന്നതായി നീൽസ് നേരത്തെ സമ്മതിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 106 പേരെ കൊന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണു പൊലീസിന്റെ നിഗമനം. ഇവരിൽ 34 മുതൽ 96 വയസ്സുള്ളവർ വരെയുണ്ട്.1999 മുതൽ 2005 വരെ 2 ആശുപത്രികളിലായി ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നപ്പോഴാണ് ഇയാൾ ക്രൂരകൃത്യം ചെയ്തുകൂട്ടിയത്. ഹൃദയസ്തംഭനം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന മരുന്നു കുത്തിവയ്ക്കുകയായിരുന്നു രീതി. ശേഷം രോഗിയെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കും. രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടാൽ ബന്ധുക്കളുടെ മുന്നിൽ ദൈവദൂതനാകും. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തത് ജോലിയിലെ വിരസത മറികടക്കുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് ഇയാൾ സമ്മതിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
2005 ൽ ഒരു രോഗിയെ കുത്തിവയ്ക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.

Association for Social Health in India (ASHI) is a Voluntary and Social Organization aiming at challenging those conditions that lead to exploitation of women and children for anti-social purposes by providing shelter for Destitute & Orphan children and arranging for their education, vocational training and rehabilitation are one of the Association’s main activities. The Governor of Haryana, their Chief Patron, visits the Home once a year to encourage and bless the children.
