दसॉल्ट प्रमुख: नहीं ये सच नहीं है, रिलायंस के साथ हमारा Joint Venture है और हम उस कंपनी में निवेश कर रहे हैं जो राफेल के पुर्जों का निर्माण करेगी I आज की तारीख में इस वेंचर की कुल पूंजी (Capital) 70 करोड़ है जिसका 49% दसॉल्ट की तरफ से निवेश किया गया है और 51% पूंजी रिलायंस द्वारा लगाई गई है I भविष्य में इसमें क्रमवार वृद्धि की जाएगी और ये बढ़कर अधिकतम 850 करोड़ रुपये तक जाएगी जिसमे दसॉल्ट और रिलायंस का हिस्सा आधा आधा होगा I
पत्रकार: मिस्टर ओलांद के फ्रेंच मीडिया को दिए एक तथाकथित बयान कि 'रिलायंस के साथ करार करना अनिवार्य था' को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति है। इस पर आपको क्या कहना है?
दसॉल्ट प्रमुख: इस पर मिस्टर ओलांद ने पहले ही सफाई दे दी है कि दोनों कंपनियों ने एक दूसरे को स्वयं, आपसी सहमति के आधार पर चुना था I मैं फिर से स्पष्ट कर रहा हूं कि रिलायंस को चुनने का अधिकार और फैसला दसॉल्ट का था I
पत्रकार: तो मतलब कि भारत सरकार के द्वारा रिलायंस को लेकर कोई दबाव या पैरवी नहीं थी
दसॉल्ट प्रमुख: बिलकुल भी नहीं, ना फ्रांस सरकार की तरफ से और ना ही भारत सरकार की तरफ से कोई दबाव था I ये पूरी तरह से हमारी पसंद थी I
पत्रकार: क्या राफेल की कीमत और साझेदार को लेकर दसॉल्ट जांच को लेकर तैयार है?
दसॉल्ट प्रमुख: राफेल की कीमत निर्धारण फ्रांस की सरकार का अधिकार क्षेत्र है, ये दो सरकारों के बीच हुआ करार है, तो हम वही करेंगे जो फ्रांस की सरकार कहेगी
दूसरी बात, हम भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एक लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं...फ्रांस या भारत सरकार की ओर से जो भी सहयोग मांगा जाएगा या जांच की मांग की जाएगी, तो हम पूरी तरह सहयोग करेंगे I ये सौदा पूरी तरह से एक साफ-सुथरा सौदा है I

Dassault Aviation Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Eric Trappier on Wednesday said that there was 'no scandal' in the 36 Rafale fighter aircraft deal between India and France and added that if India needed more jets, his firm would be happy to deliver them. 'There is no scandal vis-a-vis Rafale. We had a request for 36 aircraft and we are going to deliver 36 aircraft. If the government of India wants more aircraft, we will be more than pleased to deliver,' Trappier told mediapersons on the sidelines of the Aero India air show.
