Usai sidang vonis di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Jakarta, Senin (3/12/2018), Bupati Bener Meriah nonaktif Ahmadi menyayangkan sikap jaksa penuntut umum KPK.
Tersangka suap dana doka itu menilai jaksa KPK tidak memperhatikan aspek fakta selama persidangan.
“Kalau kita melihat fakta itu tidak diperhatikan sedikit pun,” ucap Ahmadi usai persidangan.
Terkait kasus ini Ahmadi divonis 3 tahun penjara, membayar denda Rp 100 juta, subsider 3 bulan kurungan, dan pencabutan hak politik selama 2 tahun setelah masa tahanan berakhir.
