आखिरकार अब उत्तर प्रदेश में सपा और कांग्रेस के बीच गठबंधन पर मुहर लग ही गई । सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नरेश उत्तम और यूपी कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राज बब्बर ने संयुक्त प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर इसका ऐलान किया। और इसी के साथ ही साफ हो गया है कि कांग्रेस य़ूपी में 105 और एसपी 298 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी। गठबंधन का ऐलान करते हुए सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नरेश उत्तम ने कहा कि सांप्रदायिक ताकतों को रोकने के लिए दोनों दल साथ आए हैं। और इसी के साथ ही अब पिछले कुछ दिनों से जारी रस्साककशी खत्म हो गई है और दोनों ही पार्टिंया मिलकर विधानसभा चुनाव में उतर रही हैं. आपको बता दें कि कई दौर की मीटिंग और माथापच्ची के बाद यह फैसला हुआ है। कल तक सस्पेंस बना हुआ था कांग्रेस और सपा के बीच गठबंधन होगा भी या नहीं। क्योंकि एसपी नेता नरेश अग्रवाल और किरनमय नंदा की तरफ से ऐसे बयान सामने आए थे कि अखिलेश ने कांग्रेस को सौ सीटों का ऑफर दिया है लेकिन कांग्रेस 120 सीटों पर अड़ी हुई है
