आम लोगों की शिकायतों का निस्तारण हो और पीड़ित को दौड़ना न पड़े इसके लिए योगी सरकार के बड़े अधिकारी खुद ज़िले ज़िले का चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में लखनऊ मंडलायुक्त रौशन जैकब ने आज रायबरेली में जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम के तहत सैकड़ों फरियादियों की समस्याओं को सुना। इस दौरान पुलिस और राजस्व से जुड़े मामले अधिक से अधिक संख्या में मिले। इस दौरान सरकारी जमीन पर कब्जों के मामले भी सामने आये हैं। आम लोगों की फरियाद खुद उनके ज़िले में सुनने पहुंचीं मंडलायुक्त रौशन जैकब ने कहा कि इस कवायद का केवल इतना ही उद्देश्य है कि जिन लोगों की शिकायतों का निस्तारण ज़िले स्तर पर नहीं हो पाता है उन्हें लखनऊ के चक्कर न लगाना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता की समस्याओं का समाधान उनके ज़िले में ही हो जाये इसलिए मंडलीय अधिकारी ज़िलों में जा रहे हैं। रौशन जैकब ने कहा इसी नज़रिये से वह भी रायबरेली आई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस दौरान कई ऐसे मामले आये जिनका त्वरित निस्तारण हुआ है लेकिन कुछ मामलों में जांच की ज़रूरत है जिसके लिए समीक्षा के बाद आवश्यक निर्देश दिए जाएंगे।
