दिल्ली विधानसभा के सचिव को लेकर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रामनिवास गोयल और उपराज्यपाल नजीब जंग में ठन गई है. इस मामले में रामनिवास ने नजीब जंग को संविधान के दायरे में रहने की नसीहत तक दे डाली. विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने उप राज्यपाल को पत्र लिखकर कहा है, ‘’असैंवधानिक काम न करें, विधानसभा एक स्वायत्त संस्था है और उसके काम में दखल न दें.’’ दरअसल तीन दिन पहले उप राज्यपाल नजीब जंग ने विधानसभा से सचिव प्रसन्ना सूर्यदेवरा को हटा दिया था. उनका कार्यकाल 16 जुलाई, 2016 को खत्म हो गया था, जिसके बाद प्रसार भारती ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को खत लिखकर उन्हें प्रसार भारती वापस भेजने की मांग की थी, लेकिन विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने सचिव के लिए दो साल का एक्सटेंशन मांगा था...जिसके जवाब में 20 जुलाई 2016 को प्रसार भारती ने एक पत्र लिखकर दिल्ली सरकार की इस मांग को भी खारिज कर दिया था...गोयल ने कहा है कि सूर्यदेवरा को दिल्ली सरकार से 2018 तक का विस्तार मिला हुआ है. ऐसे में उपराज्यपाल को उन्हें हटाने से पहले उनसे बात करनी चाहिए थी।...
