आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता आशुतोष आज राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग के सामने पेश हुए। संदीप कुमार के बचाव में विवादित ब्लॉग लिखने पर राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग ने आशुतोष को तलब किया। महिला आयोग की ओर से बुलाए जाने पर आशुतोष ने सवाल उठाए हैं। आशुतोष ने सवाल किया कि क्या भारत एक 'फासीवादी देश' में बदल गया है और एक ब्लॉग लिखने के लिए क्या उन्हें फांसी पर लटका दिया जाना चाहिए। वहीं, दूसरी तरफ आपत्तिजनक सीडी मामले में फंसे संदीप कुमार की आज पुलिस हिरासत खत्म हो गई है। आपको बता दें कि आलोचना के शिकार होने वाले आप नेता आशुतोष ने बीते दिनों कहा था कि उनके खिलाफ पुलिस में दर्ज किया गया मामला उनकी अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के अधिकार का ‘उल्लंघन’ है। आशुतोष के इस ब्लॉग के बाद राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग ने आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रवक्ता को समन जारी किया था। आपको बता दें कि एक वीडियो में ‘आपत्तिजनक स्थिति’ में नजर आने वाली महिला की ओर से शिकायत किए जाने के बाद आप के पूर्व मंत्री संदीप कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। महिला ने शिकायत की थी कि एक साल पहले उसे मादक पेयजल पिलाकर उसके साथ बलात्कार किया गया था।

आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता आए दिन किसी न किसी विवादों में घिरते नज़र आ रहें है और पार्टी इन मामलों में खुद को बेगुनाह बताते हुए साजिश में फंसाने का आरोप लगा रही है। इसी कड़ी में आप नेता आशुतोष ने दिल्ली पुलिस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि पार्टी के दो और विधायकों को गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है। आशुतोष ने ट्वीट कर आप के दो विधायकों शरद चौहान और राखी बिड़ला की गिरफ्तारी की जानकारी दी है। उन्होंने यह भ दावा किया कि नरेला से आप विधायक शरद चौहान से पुलिस ने पार्टी कार्यकर्ता सोनी की कथित आत्महत्या मामले में नौ से अधिक घंटों तक पूछताछ की और उनसे पार्टी के किसी वरिष्ठ नेता का नाम लेने को कहा। ऐसा नहीं करने की स्थिति में उन्हें परिणाम भुगतने को कहा गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस की अपराध शाखा की ओर से बुधवार को चौहान से पूछताछ करने के बाद आशुतोष ने यह टिप्पणी की है। आपको बता दें कि आप कार्यकर्ता सोनी ने 19 जुलाई को आत्महत्या कर ली थी। उन्होंने पार्टी के एक अन्य कार्यकर्ता रमेश वाधवा पर प्रताड़ित करने का आरोप लगाया था। सोनी ने अपनी शिकायत में यह भी कहा कि वाधवा ने उन पर यौन संबंध बनाने का दबाव डाला था। पुलिस ने बुधवार को वाधवा को गिरफ्तार किया था। पुलिस ने दो जून को वाधवा के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया था और एक दिन बाद ही उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। हालांकि, उन्हें अगले दिन ही जमानत मिल गई और अदालत ने उसकी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी थी।
