    पूर्व सीबीआई निदेशक रंजीत सिन्हा की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं। कोयला घोटाले में अपने पद का दुरुपयोग करने के आरोप में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रंजीत सिन्हा के खिलाफ जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट कहा कि पहली नजर में सिन्हा पर जांच को प्रभावित करने का मामला बनता है। अदालत ने सिन्हा पर लगे आरोपों की जांच के लिये एक विशेष जांच दल गठित कर दिया है जिसकी अगुवाई सीबीआई निदेशक करेंगे। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने कहा कि कोयला घोटाला मामलों में विशेष लोक अभियोजक के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता आरए चीमा इस मामले के कानूनी पहलुओं पर सीबीआई निदेशक की मदद करेंगे। इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट में नियुक्त एमएल शर्मा कमेटी ने शुरुआती जांच में सिन्हा को कोयला घोटाला मामले को प्रभावित करने का दोषी पाया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अटॉर्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी ने बताया कि कमेटी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, रंजीत सिन्हा के घर की विजिटर डायरी में मौजूद एंट्री सही लग रही है।
