पूरे देश में इस वक़्त लॉक डाउन का दौर जारी है जिसमें की , अधिकतर सेवाओं के साथ लोगो के काम धंदे भी बंद है | इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में पैसे का आना जाना भी बंद हुआ है | ऐसे में कही न कही मिडिल क्लास आदमी पिस कर रह गया है , क्यूंकि उनके अन्य खर्चे जैसे बिजली का बिल , बैंक लोन की ईएमआई , लेबर का खर्चा , घर का राशन व् अन्य खर्च शामिल है जो की वही का वही खड़ा है और पैसे आ नहीं रहे है | साथ ही जिनके बच्चे है , उनके सर पर उनकी पढाई का भोज और बढ़ गया है क्यूंकि स्कूलों ने ऑनलाइन क्लास चलाई हुई है जो की फिलहाल बेअसर साबित हो रही है और मोबाइल में नज़र गढ़ाए रखने से बच्चो और अभिभावकों की सेहत पर जो गलत असर हो रहा है वो अलग |
हालांकि, कई फैक्ट्री या अन्य संस्थान के लोग अपने स्टाफ को बड़ा दिल करके अभी भी बिना काम के वेतन और भोजन दे रहे है, मगर जालंधर के बड़े बड़े स्कूलों के मालिक , जिनके दिल छोटे हो चुके है वे इस दौर में सब्र नहीं रख पा रहे है की लॉक डाउन खुल जाए तो अभिभावकों से फीस वसूली जाए और किताबे खरीदवाई जाए | दरहसल , स्कूल अपना पूरा ज़ोर लगा रहे है की बच्चो के अभिभावकों से फीस वसूली जाए | उनका तर्क ये भी है की उन्हें टीचर्स को वेतन देना होता है , वही सरकार की गाइडलाइन्स के मुताबिक़ स्कूल टीचर्स को खुद वेतन दे |
स्कूलों को जब फीस नहीं मिली , तो उन्होंने किताबे बेचनी शुरू कर दी | जालंधर का नामी स्कूल CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL FOR GIRLS URBAN ESTATE PHASE 2 , जिसने की अभिभावकों को मैसेज किये है की उन्होंने बुक्स की लिस्ट अपने
स्कूल एप्लीकेशन पर डाल दी है और बुक की होम डिलीवरी की जायेगी | बुक्स पर स्पेशल LWES LOGO लगा होगा जो की स्टैण्डर्ड और अपडेट्स को दर्शाता है और वही बुक्स लेनी होगी |
जब इस पूरे मामले को वेरीफाई करने के लिए हमने दिए गए नम्बरों पर फ़ोन किया तो UMESH नाम के व्यक्ति ने फ़ोन उठाया , जिन्होंने पूछने पर बताया की , बुक्स की होम डिलीवरी ही की जायेगी , मगर स्कूल खुद बुक्स
