यूपी के सीएम अखिलेश यादव ने आज लोकभवन में कैबिनेट बैठक की...इस बैठक में कई अहम प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगाई गई..जिसमें अहम अयोध्या में इंटरनेशनल थीम पार्क को मंजूरी मिल गई है...अखिलेश के इस फैसले को चुनाव से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है. बीजेपी की तैयारी जिस तरह है, उसमें अयोध्या इस बार यूपी चुनाव में बड़ा मुद्दा रहने वाला है. एसपी-बीजेपी के नेताओं के बीच ‘अयोध्या’ को लेकर बयानबाजी भी शुरू हो गई है...ऐसे में अब अखिलेश का थीम पार्क को मंज़ूरी देना सियासी स्ट्रॉक समझा जा सकता है...इसके साथ ही लोहिया पंचायत सशक्तिकरण योजना शुरू करने को भी फैसला किया गया है. कैबिनेट मीटिंग में मदरसों के शिक्षकों का मानदेय बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव की भी घोषणा की गई है...बताया जा रहा है कि मदरसों के शिक्षकों का मानदेय 8000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 15000 रुपये किया गया. इसके साथ ही ऊर्जा संरक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिये निधि बनाने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया है. कैबिनेट ने कम आय वर्ग के लोगों को सस्ता आवास देने की योजना और खाद्य प्रसंस्करण मिशन योजना के क्रियान्वयन को भी मंजूरी मिल गई है

कैबिनेट ने सरोगेसी नियमन विधेयक को मंजूरी दे दी है… इस विधेयक में सरकार ने कई सख्त नियम तय किए है...दरअसल सरोगेसी तकनीक में महिला की कोख किराये पर ली जाती है और उसमें पुरुष के स्पर्म से भ्रूण विकसित किया जाता है... अभी तक इसे लेकर देश में कोई कानून नहीं था। जिस वजह से भारत सरोगेसी का हब बनता जा रहा था... लेकिन अब सरकार ने सरोगेसी नियम विधेयक बिल को मंजूरी दे दी है..बिल के मुताबिक केंद्र पर नेशनल सरोगेसी बोर्ड, राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश स्तर तक स्टेट सरोगेसी बोर्ड का गठन किया जाएगा...बिल, कमर्शियल सरोगेसी पर रोक लगाने और निःसंतान दंपती को नियमों के मुताबिक सरोगेसी की इजाजत देने के लिए लाया गया है... सरोगेसी के दुरुपयोग पर सुषमा ने कहा कि जो चीज जरुरत के नाम पर शुरु की गयी थी, वो अब फैशन बन गयी है। दरअसल पिछले कुछ सालों में कई सितारों ने सरोगेसी की सहारा लिया था, जिसे लेकर कई खूब विवाद हुआ... इसलिए सरकार के लिए सरोगेसी बिल लाना मजबूरी बन गया... विदेश मंत्री ने कहा कि बड़े सितारे जिनके न सिर्फ दो बच्चे हैं, बल्कि एक बेटा और बेटी भी है, वे भी सरोगेसी का सहारा लेते हैं। सिंगल पैरंट्स, होमोसेक्सुअल कपल, लिव-इन में रहने वालों को सरोगेसी की इजाजत नहीं दी जाएगी। वहीं एनआरआई को भी देश में सरोगेसी की इजाजत नहीं दी गयी है।

मोदी सरकार ने केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को दिवाली से पहले बड़ा तोहफा दिया है... केंद सरकार ने कर्मचारियों के लिए 2 फीसदी महंगाई भत्ते को मंजूरी दे दी है..आज कैबिनेट की बैठक में इस पर फैसला लिया गया...इससे पहले सरकार ने इस साल की शुरुआत में महंगाई भत्ता मूल वेतन का 6 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर 125 प्रतिशत कर दिया था. बाद में सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के लागू होने से इसका विलय बेसिक सैलरी में कर दिया गया. डीए बढ़ोतरी जुलाई 2016 से बकाया थी, इसलिए बढ़ा हुआ डीए जुलाई से ही लागू होगा...आपको बता दें कि महंगाई भत्ता यानि डीए हर सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स को साल में दो बार दिया जाता है....साल में दो बार डीए की घोषणा होती है. जनवरी और जुलाई महीने में केंद्र सरकार अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए महंगाई भत्ते की घोषणा करती रही है. लेकिन अक्टूबर का आधा महीना बीत जाने के बाद भी ऐलान न होने की वजह से हाल ही में कर्मचारी संगठनों ने सरकार से मुलाकात की थी.... कर्मचारियों ने सरकार से इस साल का महंगाई भत्ता जल्द से जल्द घोषित करने और उसका पैसा खाते में जल्द से जल्द डालने का आग्रह किया था. कर्मचारियों का मानना था कि दीवाली से पहले यदि सरकार इसकी घोषणा कर देती तो कर्मचारियों और उनके परिवारों का त्योहार अच्छा रहेगा..जिसके बाद अब सरकार ने इसका ऐलान कर दिया है
