मध्य प्रदेश के मंदसौर रेलवे स्टेशन पर गौरक्षा के नाम पर गुंडागर्दी की गई...यहां मंगलवार को बीफ रखने के शक में दो मुस्लिम महिलाओं से मारपीट करने की घटना सामने आई है। एक हिन्दूवादी संगठन पर मारपीट का आरोप लगा है.. जब गौरक्षक महिलाओं से मारपीट और गाली गलौच कर रहे थे तो पुलिस वाले भी वहां खड़े थे...मारपीट के दौरान रेलवे स्टेशन पर काफी संख्या में लोग मौजूद थे...लेकिन लोग तमाशबीन बनकर वहां देखते रहे, उन्होंने महिलाओं को मारपीट कर रहे लोगों से छुड़ाने की कोशिश नहीं की। घटना के सामने एक वीडियो में महिलाओं के साथ गौरक्षकों के मारपीट करते हुए देखा जा सकता है। वहां पुलिस भी मौजूद है। पुलिस ने बीच बचाव करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन भीड़ से दोनों महिलाओं को नहीं छुड़ा पाई..बताया जा रहा है कि पुलिस रेलवे स्टेशन पर दोनों महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार करने पहुंची थी। पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि ये दो महिलाएं बेचने के लिए भारी मात्रा में बीफ लेकर आ रही हैं...लेकिन जांच के बाद पता चली की वो बीफ नही था... वही ये मुद्दा आज राज्यसभा में भी गूंजा...बीएसपी सुप्रीमो मायावती ने इस मुद्दे को उठाया...और कहा कि ऐसी घटनाएं बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

A Muslim man was beaten up by a group of men for allegedly carrying beef in Maharashtra on Wednesday. The victim, Salim Ismail Shah, was carrying 15 kilos of meat on his motorbike when he was accosted by four persons who beat him up. The four men identified as - Moreshwar Tendulkar, Ashwin Uike, Janardan Chaudhary, and Rameshwar Taywade - have been arrested.
According to Shah’s wife, Zareen, he was carrying mutton for a programme on the previous day when he was accosted by six to seven men. She adds that her husband remembered the faces of four men and she wanted them to be punished for their crime.
Shah was admitted to a hospital after sustaining injuries. The incident follows a list of similar cases of mobs taking law into their owns hands.

गाय को लेकर जिस तरह से देश सियासत हो रही है,.,,इन सबके बीच आज हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने गोहत्या पर रोक लगाने को लेकर बड़ा आदेश दिया है...हाईकोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को आदेश दिया है कि वो गोहत्या रोकने के लिए 6 महीने के भीतर कानून बनाए,,,हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि गोहत्या रोकने, गो मांस और इससे बने उत्पादों के आयात, निर्यात या बिक्री पर रोक के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कोई भी कानून केन्द्र की तरफ से बनाया जाना चाहिए...दरअसल भारतीय गोवंश रक्षा संवर्धन परिषद की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने ये आदेश दिया है...लेकिन केन्द्र सरकार ने एक हलफनामे में कहा है कि यह विषय राज्य की सूची में आता है और केवल पांच राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के पास इस विषय पर कोई कानून नहीं है.. हालांकि, केन्द्र सरकार ने इस बात पर ध्यान नहीं दिया कि यह विषय समवर्ती सूची में भी है और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कानून बनाने का विकल्प उसके पास खुला है. इससे पहले अक्टूबर 2014 में भी हाई कोर्ट की इसी खंडपीठ ने हिमाचल में गोहत्या पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के आदेश जारी किए थे. उसके अलावा हाई कोर्ट ने सड़कों से आवारा पशु हटाने, उनके लिए गोसदन बनाने और घायल पशुओं के इलाज सहित अन्य कई आदेश दिए थे.
