GHUMTA HUA AAINA: 24.11.2016: कानपुर के पास पुखरायां में हुई रेल दुर्घटना की भीषण त्रासदी ने देश को झकझोर कर रख दिया है। कहने को 150 लोगों की मौत हुई है, लेकिन दरअसल हजारों लोग जीवन से नाउम्मीद हो गए हैं। अपनी-अपनी मंजिलों की ओर बढ़ रहे मुसाफिरों को यह अहसास भी नहीं होगा कि उनके सफर के साथ-साथ मौत भी आगे बढ़ रही थी।
मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर से बिहार की राजधानी पटना जा रही इंदौर-पटना एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन (19321) के रविवार तड़के कानपुर के पास दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने से 150 लोगों की मौत हो गई है, और 2 सौ से अधिक घायल हैं। हादसा कानपुर से करीब 60 किलोमीटर दूर पुखरायां के पास अल-सुबह 3 बजे हुआ, जहां ट्रेन के करीब 14 डब्बे पटरी से उतर गए. इनमें से 4 डिब्बे बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए थे। नींद में बेखबर यात्री अचानक लगे झटके से संभल नहीं पाए और डिब्बों में इस तरह दब गए कि उन्हें बाहर निकालने के लिए डिब्बों को काटना पड़ा। जो लोग इस दुर्घटना में मौत के मुंह से बचकर आए हैं, वे बताते हैं कि कैसे हर ओर खून तथा मांस के टुकड़े बिखरे थे और चीख-पुकार मची हुई थी।
किसी ने अपने मां-बाप को खोया, किसी ने बच्चे को तो किसी ने अपने जीवनसाथी को। दुर्घटना की खबर लगते ही आसपास की रिहायशी बस्तियों से स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं और नागरिक मदद के लिए पहुंच गए। सरकार ने भी तत्काल आपदा राहत का कार्य शुरु किया।

Ghumta Hua Aaina. 24.11.2016 नोटबंदी लागू होने के दो हफ्ते बाद भी न बैंकों के आगे भीड़ कम हुई है, न एटीएम से लोगों की मुश्किलें हल हो रही है। पूरे देश में कोहराम मचा है, जिसका असर संसद सत्र पर पडऩा स्वाभाविक है। संसद के दोनों सदनों में विपक्ष लगातार नोटबंदी पर सरकार को घेर रहा है। विपक्षी दल चाहते हैं कि प्रधानमंत्री सदन में आकर बयान दें, लेकिन न जाने क्यों प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी इतने महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे पर संसद में कुछ बोलने से बच रहे हैं।
नोटबंदी के मुद्दे पर संसद में राजनीतिक लड़ाई तेज होती जा रही है। पिछले सप्ताह नोटबंदी के कारण सदन में कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो पाई और इस सप्ताह भी हालात ऐसे ही लग रहे हैं। बुधवार को एकजुट विपक्ष ने संसद परिसर में प्रदर्शन किया। 13 विपक्षी दलों के 2 सौ सांसदों का धरना अब तक सरकार के खिलाफ विपक्ष की सबसे बड़ी मोर्चाबंदी है। विपक्ष की मांग है कि नोटबंदी पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सदन में आकर बयान दें। लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खडग़े ने कहा कि हम नोटबंदी के खिलाफ नहीं हैं. इसे लागू किए जाने के तरीके के खिलाफ हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी दल आपस में बातचीत कर रहे हैं और आने वाले दिनों में राष्ट्रपति से मिलने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। कांग्रेस सांसद ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने कहा कि कोई इस सरकार पर सवाल उठाए तो वह देशद्रोही हो जाता है। हमारी मांग साफ है, हम नोटबंदी पर चर्चा में प्रधानमंत्री की मौजूदगी चाहते हैं और चर्चा नियम 56 के तहत होनी चाहिए जिसमें वोटिंग का प्रावधान है।
