तीन तलाक के मुद्दे पर आज इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने कड़ी टिप्पणी की है.. हाईकोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि ट्रिपल तलाक असंवैधानिक और महिला अधिकारों के खिलाफ है.. दो याचिकाओं की सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि कोई भी पर्सनल ला बोर्ड संविधान से ऊपर नहीं हो सकता... यहां तक कि पवित्र कुरान में भी तलाक को सही नहीं माना गया है। तीन तलाक की इस्लामिक कानून गलत व्याख्या कर रहा है। तीन तलाक महिलाओं के संवैधानिक अधिकारों का हनन है। बुलंदशहर की हिना और उमरबी की दाखिल याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई करते आज हाईकोर्ट ने बात कहीं,..वहीं दूसरी तरफ ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने इस फैसले को शरियत के खिलाफ बताया है. बोर्ड के अनुसार इस फैसले को वह ऊपरी अदालत में चुनौती देंगे. ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड के सदस्य रशीद फिरंगी का कहना है कि 'हमारे मुल्क के संविधान ने हमें अपने पर्सनल लॉ पर अमल करने की पूरी-पूरी आजादी दी है. इस वजह से हमलोग इस फैसले से मुत्तफिक नहीं है
