चीन ने दक्षिण चीन सागर में अमेरिकी नौसेना के एक मानवरहित ड्रोन को जब्त कर लिया है। यह एक अंडरवाटर ड्रोन है। वहीं ड्रोन के पकड़े जाने की खबर मिलते ही अमेरिका ने चीन से राजनयिक स्तर पर विरोध दर्ज कराया है...और ड्रोन को तत्काल वापस किये जाने की मांग की है। अमेरिकी अधिकारियों ने कहा है कि समुद्री ड्रोन वैधानिक तौर पर मिलिट्री सर्वे के लिए तैनात किया गया था। एक अमेरिकी अधिकारियों ने बताया कि उनका यह ड्रोन दक्षिण चीन सागर के पानी की गुणवत्ता, तापमान आदि का अध्ययन करता है। अमेरिका के ड्रोन को पकड़े जाने से चीन ने इस क्षेत्र की संवेदनशीलता और बढा दी है। चीन के अधिकारियों ने यह तो स्वीकार किया है कि अमेरिका ने विरोध दर्ज कराया है, लेकिन विरोध पर अपनी कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी है। बताया जा रहा है कि इस ड्रोन को सूबिक की खाड़ी से 50 मील की दूरी पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय जल सीमा में पकड़ा गया। वहीं अब अमेरिका ने चीन की इस कार्रवाई पर विरोध जताते हुए ड्रोन लौटाने की मांग की।----

बीते कई समय से जारी रुस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के बीच रूस और अमेरिका के बीच जारी टेंशन को लेकर एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है... दरअसल काला सागर में एक रूसी जेट और एक अमेरिकी ड्रोन के बीच टक्कर हुई... ये जानकारी अमेरिकी सेना ने दी है... सीएनएन के अनुसार एक रूसी फाइटर जेट ने अमेरिकी एयरफोर्स के ड्रोन को टक्कर मारकर काला सागर में डुबो दिया... और इस दौरान रूसी जेट ने अमेरिकी ड्रोन के प्रोपेलर को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया... बता दें कि ये घटना तब हुई जब अमेरिका का रीपर ड्रोन और रूस के दो फाइटर जेट SU-27 काला सागर के ऊपर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जल सीमा में चक्कर लगा रहे थे... जिससे कई तरह के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि क्या अब इन दो महाशक्तियों के बीच जंग होगी... दोनों ही देशों के बीच वार-पलटवार, आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का भी दौर शुरु हो चुका है... अमेरिका ने कहा कि रीपर ड्रोन इंटरनेशनल स्पेस में उड़ान भर रहा था... और जानबुझकर रुसी जेट्स करीब आए... वहीं इस पर रसिया ने सफाई देते हुए कहा कि अमेरिका का रीपर ड्रोन अपने आप ब्लैक सी में गिर गया...

दक्षिण चीन सागर में अमेरिकी ड्रोन को जब्त कर लेने पर अमेरिका के नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति ने गुस्सा जाहिर किया है। दरअसल चीनी नौसेना ने दक्षिण चीन सागर में अमेरिकी ड्रोन को 15 दिसंबर को जब्त कर लिया था। इस घटना के बाद ट्रंप ने ट्विटर पर पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा, कि जिस अमेरिकी नौसेना के समुद्र के अंदर चलने वाले अंडरवाटर ग्लाइडर को चीन ने दक्षिण चीन सागर में जब्त किया है, अमेरिका को चाहिए कि वह उसे चीन को ही रखने दे। अमेरिकी सेना की इस घोषणा के बाद कि अंडरवाटर ग्लाइडर की वापसी के लिए वे चीन के साथ एक समझौते पर पहुंचे हैं, ट्रम्प ने ट्वीट किया, हमें चीन से कहना चाहिए कि जिस ड्रोन को उन्होंने चुराया है वह हम वापस नहीं चाहते। इसे उन्हें ही रखने देना चाहिए। अमेरिकी रक्षा विभाग पेंटागन के अनुसार दक्षिण चीन सागर में कुछ वैज्ञानिक आंकड़े एकत्रित करने के दौरान इस ड्रोन को जब्त कर लिया था। इस इलाके पर चीन अपना दावा पेश करता है। अमेरिका ने चीन से इस ड्रोन की वापसी की मांग की थी और अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुद्र क्षेत्र में इसे एक गैरकानूनी तरीके से जब्ती बताया था। इस मामले में चीन का कहना है कि जहाजों के सुरक्षित आवागमन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए चीन की सेना ने इस अंडरवाटर ग्लाइडर को जब्त किया था, लेकिन वह इसे वापस दे देगा। बहरहाल, अभी इस बात का तत्काल पता नहीं चल पाया है कि चीन के साथ इस समझौते पर नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति के ट्वीट का क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा।
