हमीरपुर एनआईटी परिसर में पांच जिलों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक का आयोजन किया गया जिसकी अध्यक्षता डीजीपी सीताराम मरडी ने हमीरपुर, मंडी, बिलासपुर, लाहौल स्पिति, कुल्लू के एसपी, एएसपी, थाना अध्यक्षों को पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली को लेकर रणनीति तैयार की गई। बैठक में क्राइम को रोकने के साथ साथ यातायात व्यवस्था को किस तरह से दुरूस्त रखना है तो पेडिंग केसों को सुलझाने के लिए चर्चा की जाती है। मरडी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था कंट्रोल में है और इस बार चुनावों में भी हिमाचल पुलिस ने बेहतर काम किया है।
