ഇതിൽ കിങ് ഫിഷർ ലോഡ്ജ് പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ബാക്കി രണ്ടു പദ്ധതികളും ഈ വർഷത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടാം പകുതിയോടെ അതിഥികൾക്കായി തുറന്നു കൊടുക്കും.‘ഷാർജ കളക് ഷൻസ്’ എന്ന പേരിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതികളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പ് ചുമതല ഷസ ഹോട്ടൽസിനു കീഴിലുള്ള ‘മിസ്കി’നാണ്. ആഡംബര സൗകര്യങ്ങളും അപൂർവമായ ദൃശ്യാനുഭവങ്ങളും സമ്മേളിക്കുന്ന ആതിഥേയത്വമാണ് കിംഗ് ഫിഷർ ലോഡ്ജിന്റെ സവിശേഷത. ഇന്ത്യൻ മഹാസമുദ്രത്തെ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന ലോഡ്ജിനു ചുറ്റും കണ്ടൽക്കാടുകൾ കാഴ്ചയൊരുക്കുന്നു. തീർത്തും പ്രകൃതി സൗഹൃദ മാതൃകകൾ അവലംബിച്ചാണ് നിർമാണം. അത്യാധുനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങളുള്ള 25 ടെന്റുകളാണ് ഇവിടെ ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരുമിച്ചു താമസിക്കാനും സൗകര്യമുണ്ട്. വെൽനെസ് സെന്റർ, യോഗ ഏരിയ, റസ്റ്ററന്റുകൾ എന്നിവയോടൊപ്പം ജലവിനോദങ്ങൾക്കും സൈക്ലിങ്ങിനുമെല്ലാം കൽബയിൽ പ്രേത്യേകം ഇടങ്ങളുണ്ട്.
