BJP Expels Dayashankar Singh From Party For Abusive Remarks Against Mayawati.

बीएसपी सुप्रीमो मायावती को अपशब्द कहने वाले दयाशंकर सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है... यूपी और बिहार पुलिस ने मिलकर उन्हें बक्सर से गिरफ्तार किया... दयाशंकर सिंह बक्सर के ही रहने वाले है... दरअसल हाल ही में खबर आई थी कि दयाशंकर सिंह को झारखंड के देवघर में देखा गया है...इसके बाद से ही यूपी की एसटीएफ उनके पीछे लग गई थी...और आज इसी कड़ी में देवघर से लौटने पर उन्हें बक्सर के चीनी मिल मोहल्ले से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया... इस बीच यूपी हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक के लिए दायर याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। अभद्र टिप्पणी करने के मामले में लखनऊ की सीजेएम कोर्ट ने दयाशंकर सिंह के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया था। वारंट के खिलाफ दयाशंकर ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में अर्जी लगाई थी। लेकिन, वहां से उन्हें राहत नहीं मिल सकी। हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी अर्जी को खारिज कर दिया था। इसके बाद से ही अटकलें लगाई जा रही थीं कि वह आत्मसमर्पण कर सकते हैं। लेकिन, गिरफ्तारी के बाद अटकलों पर विराम लग गया है...आपको बता दें कि दयाशंकर सिंह ने बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती पर अभद्र टिप्पणी की थी. इसके बाद यह मामला राज्यसभा में भी गूंजा था...मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए बीजेपी ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए दयाशंकर सिंह को सभी पदों से हटाते हुए पार्टी से छह साल के लिए निष्काषित कर दिया. इसके बावजूद बसपाइयों का कहना है कि पार्टी से निकालना काफी नहीं है
