He then talks about his preparations for the 2007 World Championships in Hawaii, which is considered on the most difficult sporting events in the world and how he bounced back from the issues he faced leading up to and on the day of the event.
Mr. Radkar speaks about the mental strength required during an Ironman Triathlon and advises how one should cope and tackle obstacles when they are on the verge of giving up.

Sardar Singh became the youngest player to Captain the Indian hockey team when he led India at the 2008 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, aged 22. Often known as the face of Indian hockey and held in high regard in the hockey world, Sardar Singh had an illustrious 12-year career.
Sardar Singh sheds light on how he developed an interest in hockey and the academy in Haryana where he first started playing the game. He credits his coach, Baldev Singh for helping him become a professional hockey player and mentions that Baldev Singh was very strict during training the players under him.
He describes the moment he made his debut for the Indian junior team in a four-nation tournament held in 2003. He was disappointed after the match as he felt it wasn’t his best game and had doubts about making a career in the sport.
Sardar Singh shares his experience of his selection for the Indian senior team camp where he shared the dressing room with some big names in Indian hockey such as Jugraj Singh, Dhanraj Pillay, Gaganjeet Singh and Prabhjot Singh.
He talks about the opportunity to lead the Indian side, his role as a central midfielder and shares tips on how the players in this position should play the game. He also shares the things he loves to do during free time such as shopping, going to the gym, eating a healthy diet and his fondness for cars.

Rahul Aware produced a golden performance at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Australia when he won the gold medal in the 57 kg category and brought pride to the entire nation. He also won a gold medal at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games.
Rahul Aware speaks about the background of wrestlers in India and describes his family’s wrestling background.. His father, a wrestler himself, was the one who taught him the wrestling techniques. Rahul shares the story of how his father inspired him to take up wrestling instead of cricket and make a career in it.
Rahul talks about the disappointment he had to face during the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and how he overcame the defeats at the beginning of his wrestling career. He felt that he had not made the most of the opportunity as he was dubbed as a young wrestler ready to shine back then.
Rahul Aware sheds light on how his father dealt with him when Rahul used to lose matches and at one point, also thought of quitting national and international wrestling and compete in the local tournaments since he excelled at wrestling in mud.
He highlights the wrestlers who compete only in mud wrestlers despite having the capability to take part in higher level tournaments as they make good money. However, his coach advised him to continue with national and international tournaments and credits his coach for his success on the mat.

Indian professional shooter, Shahzar Rizvi clinched a gold medal in his maiden World Cup appearance with a world record score of 242.3 in 10m air pistol men’s final in the 2018 ISSF World Cup.
Shahzar Rizvi talks about how he developed a fascination for shooting by watching the air-gun shooting activities which were held in carnivals. His father had brought him an air-rifle and thus, his practice began. He moved to Meerut after finishing high school to train under Coach Amol Pratap Singh, who taught him the basic fundamentals of shooting.
Shahzar emphasizes on the importance of getting the shooting technique right and mental strength in shooting. He describes the diet a professional shooter needs to follow to keep the breathing and consultation level up to the mark.
Mr. Rizvi decided to continue with air pistol after scoring good points in the initial months. He then talks about his experience at the 2014 National Games in Kerala, 2017 Commonwealth Shooting Championships and 2018 ISSF World Cup where won a gold medal.
Shahzar Rizvi won his first medal in the 2014 National Championship in Pune and despite being part of only the junior squad, he won medals in both junior and senior categories. He joined the Indian Air Force in 2014 where the facilities and coaches benefitted his shooting.

Indian national hockey team goalkeeper, P.R. Sreejesh is the last line of defence and a stalwart for the Men In Blue since making his debut for the senior team in 2006.
Sreejesh shares the story where his coach told him to buy a kit worth Rs. 3500 which was too expensive for him at that time and how his father helped Sreejesh to buy his first kit. He then describes his journey from featuring in the junior team where he was second choice goalkeeper, to playing for the senior team.
Sreejesh was a standby goalkeeper in the senior team for around two years. He learnt a lot about goalkeeping form the likes of Bharat Chhetri, Adrian D’Souza and Baljit Singh. He emphasizes on the focus and communication required for a goalkeeper while playing at the highest level, the importance of organizing the defence.
Sreejesh feels that whenever the team concedes, the country is accountable for it and not the goalkeeper. He talks about his responsibility while playing in goal for India and the recognition he received when his performances for India were top notch.
He describes the proud moment when he showed his Indian national team jersey to his father after returning from a tour. Sreejesh also talks about the changes which should be made in hockey to make the game more interesting which will eventually help to increase in viewership and popularity.
