रक्षा के क्षेत्र में भारत ने एक और सफलता हासिल की है। उडिया के तट से भारत ने अब्दुल कलाम द्वीप के लॉन्च पैड से बैलेस्टिक इंटरसेप्टर मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण किया है।
इंटरसेप्टर मिसाइल के सफल सफल परीक्षण के साथ भारत दो-स्तरीय बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल रक्षा प्रणाली विकसित करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ गया है। इंटरसेप्टर मिसाइल का यह सफल परीक्षण डीआरडीओ के लिए मील का पत्थर है। अधिकारियों की माने तो सुबह करीब 7 बजकर 45 मिनट पर ओडिसा के तट से कलाम द्वीप के लॉन्च पैड नंबर चार से बैलेस्टिक इंटरसेप्टर मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण किया गया। डीआरडीओ के एक अधिकारी ने बाताया कि इस मिशन को PDV मिशन नाम दिया गया था क्योंकि इसमें एक्सो एटमॉस्फियर रीजन में धरती के वायुमंडल में 50 किमी की ऊंचाई पर टार्गेट में इंगेज किया गया था। इस मिसाइल को डिफेंस रिचर्स एंड डिजाइन ऑर्गनाइजेशन यानी डीआरडीओ की ओर से डेवलप किया गया है।

भारतीय सेना और 'रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन' यानि DRDO ने चार सालों के बाद अपनी ताकतवर इंटरमीडिएट रेंज बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल 'अग्नि-4' का सफल परीक्षण आख़िरकार कर लिया है। यह टेस्टिंग ओडिशा के चांदीपुर स्थित एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम आइलैंड पर 6 जून 2022 को शाम साढ़े सात बजे की गई। आपको बता दें कि इससे पहले इस मिसाइल का परीक्षण साल 2018 के दिसंबर महीने में किया गया था।

पाकिस्तान ने जमीन से जमीन पर परमाणु से लैस बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल “अबाबील” का कामयाब परीक्षण किए जाने का दावा किया है। इतना ही नहीं पाक सेना इस बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल को एक साथ कई लक्ष्य भेदने की तकनीक से लैस बताया है। दरअसल पाक की आइसीपीआर यानी इंटर सर्विसेज पब्लिक रिलेशंस ने दावा किया है कि 2,200 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक जमीन से जमीन तक मार करने वाली परमाणु हथियार ले जाने में सक्षम बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल 'अबाबील' का पहला सफल परीक्षण किया है। इसके साथ ही बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल अबाबील को मल्टीपल इंडिपेंडेंट री-एंट्री व्हीकल तकनीक से लैस एक साथ अनेक आयुध ले जाने में सक्षम बताया है। आइएसपीआर की मानें तो अबाबील में इतनी क्षमता है कि वह उच्च सटीकता के साथ दुश्मन के रडारों को भी मात देने में सक्षम है और साथ ही एक साथ अनेक लक्ष्यों को भेद सकती है।

... संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के प्रस्तावों की अवहेलना करते हुए उ.कोरिया ने मिसाइल परीक्षण किया है। दक्षिण कोरिया की समाचार एजेंसी योन्हाप की मानें तो उत्तर कोरिया ने उत्तरी सागर में पनडुब्बी से 500 किलोमीटर दूरी तय करने वाली बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल दागी, जो जापान के समुद्री क्षेत्र में उसके वायु रक्षा पहचान क्षेत्र में जाकर गिरी है। आपको बता दें कि मिसाइल को उत्तरी सागर में एक पनडुब्बी से सोल के समयानुसार सुबह 5 बजकर 50 मिनट पर दागा गया था। एजेंसी की मानें तो उत्तर कोरिया ने उसी मिसाइल का परीक्षण किया है जिसका परीक्षण पिछले महीने सफल नहीं हो पाया था। जापान के प्रधानमंत्री शिंजो आबे ने इस परिक्षण को अपने देश की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा करार दिया है और कहा है कि इसने जापान की सुरक्षा के लिए एक गंभीर खतरा उत्पन्न कर दिया है। उत्तर कोरिया का मिसाइल प्रक्षेपण ऐसे वक्त सामने आया है जब उत्तर कोरिया और दक्षिण कोरिया के बीच खासा तनाव है। परमाणु परीक्षण को लेकर संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने उत्तर कोरिया पर प्रतिबंध लगा रखा है, लेकिन माना जाता है कि उ.कोरिया परमाणु हथियार बना रहा है।
इससे पहले भी उत्तर कोरिया इस तरह के मिसाइल परीक्षण कर चुका है। फिलहाल इस घटना के बाद पड़ोसी देशों की चिंता और भी ज्यादा बढ़ गयी है।
