After being involved or at least accused of three hit and run accidents in just a few months, you'd think Amanda Bynes might have got herself a driver... or at least decided to ride with a friend for a while.

But she got behind the wheel in Woodland Hills, LA, yesterday to visit Starbucks and the pharmacy, CVS.
The 26-year-old wore a low cut vest that showed off her cleavage; she pared the flimsy outfit with tiny leopard print shorts, which exposed her shapely but bruised legs.
After picking up an Hibiscus tea at the famous coffee chain, Amanda went to the pharmacy.
She must've been feeling forgetful as an eye-witness spotted her walking in and out of the store three times.
Amanda the apparently returned to her dented BMW and headed home.
Bynes was accused of her last hit and run after running into a woman with her black BMW in Los Angeles at the beginning of this month.
The latest incident brings the troubled actress's total to three in a matter of a few months.
