MAYIM Bialik is back at work — just days after being involved in a car accident that left her with a seriously injured hand.
The actress felt well enough Thursday to return to the set of The Big Bang Theory.
The cast and crew lavished her with “love and support,” Bialik, 36, wrote in a Tweet punctuated with a smiling emoticon.
She added: “Doing ok. Grateful. And tired.”
The star, also known from TV’s Blossom, was driving in L.A. when another car turned into her vehicle at Hollywood Boulevard on Wednesday and caused the crash, police say.
She suffered a severe injury to her left thumb and was treated at the hospital.
In a Tweet that she said was typed by her husband, Bialik assured her readers that she “will keep all my fingers.”.

Workaholic Mayim Bialik has returned to The Big Bang Theory set less than 48 hours after a car crash that threatened to seriously injure her hand and posed risk of having her fingers amputated.
However, the dedicated star couldn't resist her 'loving' cast and crew, joining them on Thursday.
Praising them on Twitter, she wrote: 'How much do I get love and support from the big band cast and crew? I went to work today :-) doing ok. Grateful. And tired.'
Mayim also wrote an honest and detailed blog, which she promoted on the social networking site, and informed fans it was a 'Left handed typed post'.
She wrote: 'I had a horrible accident. I will be okay. I have all my fingers but a very impaired right hand. It was very bloody and scary but I am ok.
'A man named Tim and another man whose name I don’t know saved me from losing a lot of blood and helped me talk to my husband at the scene. I am grateful to them.

Mayim Bialik is in recovery mode after a car accident on Wednesday left her hospitalized.
The Big Bang Theory star, 36, who managed to make it to work just one day after the wreck, was photographed on Friday near her home in L.A., wearing gauze on her left forearm and a full cast on her right hand.
At the time of the accident – caused in Hollywood by three tourists from Chile turning into her vehicle – LAPD Sgt. Monte Houze told PEOPLE that the actress suffered 'a severe injury' and, 'I was told, there was a lot of blood at the scene.'
Writing she was typing with her opposite hand, Bialik blogged on Friday, 'I had a horrible accident. I will be okay. I have all my fingers, but a very impaired right hand. It was very bloody and scary, but I am okay.'
The former Blossom star, who Tweeted that her accident is preventing her from going to the Jewlicious Festival, adds in her blog that she is a 'deeply religious person who used prayer and deep breathing' for several hours following the incident before being medicated.
'I will be continuing on The Big Bang Theory with no weeks off,' she writes. 'They are so good to me, and I love my job and the support I get from my buddies on the cast and our loving staff and crew.'

The former Blossom star and current Big Bang Theory actress was driving her white Volvo when she collided with another vehicle, which was carrying three tourists from Chile.
TMZ.com first reported that Bialik was nursing a serious injury, and a source adds, ''Her finger was almost completely severed... It was just hanging there.''
L.A. Police Department Sgt. Monte Houze has now confirmed the actress injured her digit and was hospitalised, telling People.com, ''From what I was told, there was a lot of blood at the scene. (Bialik suffered) a severe injury to her left thumb.''
Bialik's husband Michael Stone took to Twitter.com shortly after the accident to update fans on the actress' condition.
He wrote on his wife's page, ''(husband typing) In pain but will keep all my fingers.''
