Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched the week long 'Seva Saptah' to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17.
Notably, in Assam the Government had organized free medical health treatments to the poor, distribution of fruits and services, blood donation camp etc at the GMCH.
