Heavy rains have continued in Bihar as monsoon remains active over the region. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has now forecast that widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy falls are likely to continue for the next three days across Bihar. Moreover, the national forecaster has also warned about the likelihood of extremely heavy falls on Sunday.
