हमीरपुर नगर परिषद के लिए कमाउ पूत बना टाउन हाल की हालत गत कुछ सालों से खस्ता बनी हुई है लेकिन इसकी हालत को सुधारने के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठाया जा रहा है मात्र ओपचारिकता की पूरी करके इतिश्री की जा रही है, जिस कारण दिनों दिन नगर परिषद टाउन हाल की हालत ख्रराब हो चुकी है कि सीलिंग जगह जगह से उखड रही है। नगर परिषद बजट का रोना रोकर टाउन हाल पर ध्यान नही ंदे रही है लेकिन साल भर टाउन हाल से पैसे कमाने के बावजूद भी मरम्मत के नाम पर कोई काम नहीं किया जाने से नगर परिषद की कार्यप्रणाली पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लग रहा है।
