New Delhi: Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar advised people to not burst fire crackers this Diwali. “I will advise that don't burst fire crackers, and I am confident that children themselves will ask parents to not buy firecrackers, but if someone wants to then buy green fire crackers,” said the Environment Minister.
