Through his presentation, Arif Ahmed Khan, Marketing Manager - OIS, Canon India discussed about the present Office Imaging industry, various landmarks and advancements happening in the printing domain -- the transformation from analogue to digital printing technology, the coming up of standalone products and so on. He cited the various researches carried out to conclude if a paperless environment can be deemed possible. But all researches point to the fact that a complete paperless environment cannot be envisaged and companies continue to incur document costs.
