New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader Vijay Goel left from his house in an odd numbered car in order to protest against odd-even scheme in the national capital on November 04. Later, he has been issued a challan for violation of the odd-even scheme. The odd-even scheme is currently in operation in Delhi.
