रामपुर में सीपीएम की अगुबाई में धरना प्रदर्शन किया गया रैली को सम्बोधित करते हुए सीपीएम लीडर बिहारी सेवगी और देवकी नन्द ने कहा कि वे ओवर लोडिंग का विरोध नहीं कर रहे है लेकिन इस से पहले सरकार को बसों का इंतजाम करना चाहिए था। उन्होंने बताया की जब से बसों में ओवर लोडिंग बंद किया गया है उस के बाद किसान बागवानों को नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। किसान अपने उत्पादों को बसे न रुकने के कारण मंडी नहीं पहुंचा पा रहे है। अगर किसान मंडी जा भी रहा है तो वापसी में घर पहुंचना मुश्किल हो जाता है और साथ ही कालेज आने जाने में भी छात्रों को मुश्किले आ रही हैं जिससे उनकी पढाई बाधित हो रही है।
