The 'Octomom' paid eight months of rent in advance for her new home along with a giant deposit - money which came from a solo masturbation video she recorded, reports TMZ.
The five-bedroom home is located in Palmdale, California and features three bathrooms, a three-car garage and a 14,000 square-foot back yard - all for $2,150 (£1,335) a month.
Suleman previously had trouble securing a home for her family.
Back in August, she was rejected by homeowners because of the media attention she would bring to the neighbourhood.
Suleman was in need of a new home after her house in La Habra was foreclosed in June because she couldn't pay the mortgage..

Nadya Suleman, known to most as Octomom after giving birth to octuplets, has $1 million in debts (and $50,000 in assets) and has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection.
'I have had to make some very difficult decisions this year and filing Chapter 7 was one of them,' she tells E! News. 'But I have to do what is best for my children (there are 14 of them), and I need a fresh start.'
Listed among those she owes are the California DMV, a Christian school, every utility you can think of, DirecTV and a gym, which she owes $500.
Among those difficult decisions she has made would be undressing for a spread in U.K.'s Closer magazine for somewhere between $8,000 and $10,000.
'I have to do what I have to do to take care of my family,' she told Anderson Cooper.
That apparently includes a deal with an adult entertainment company to shoot a video this summer, which a source told TMZ.com is for 'a lot more than the $10,000 she made for posing topless.'

'Octomom' Nadya Suleman back on public assistance
Despite dire financial straits, octuplets mother Nadya Suleman said she is still capable of being a good mother and supporting her brood of 14 children.
In an interview with Matt Lauer on the 'Today' show Thursday, the Orange County woman acknowledged that she is accepting food stamps as a temporary measure to make ends meet.
Suleman, who had vowed not to accept public assistance, said she has been accepting $2,000 a month in food stamps for the past two months. She said she has business ventures in the works to make money, including an online 'Octomom TV' project and the release of a horror movie she starred in, 'Millenium.'
