Bengaluru: The counting of votes for by-elections is underway in Karnataka. As per EC trends, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading on 12 seats, Congress is leading on 2 seats and Independent is leading on 1 seat. Speaking on the results, Congress leader DK Shivakumar said, “We have to agree with the mandate of the voters of these 15 constituencies.
