ബില്യനിലധികം ഡോളർ സമ്പാദ്യത്തോടെ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തുന്ന ആദ്യ വ്യക്തിയാണ് ബെസോസ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യവസായിയും റിലയൻസ് ഇൻഡ്രസ്ട്രീസ് ചെയർമാൻ മുകേഷ് അംബാനി 2.5 ലക്ഷം കോടി (40 ബില്യൻ ഡോളർ) സ്വത്തുമായി 19–ാം സ്ഥാനത്തുണ്ട്.മൈക്രോസോഫ്റ്റ് സ്ഥാപകൻ ബിൽ ഗേറ്റ്സ് (90 ബില്യൻ ഡോളർ) രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്തും നിക്ഷേപഗുരു വാറൻ ബഫറ്റ് (84 ബില്യൻ ഡോളർ) മൂന്നാമതും ബെർനാട് അർനോൾട്ടും കുടുംബവും (72 ബില്യൻ ഡോളർ) നാലാം സ്ഥാനത്തും ഫെയ്സ്ബുക് സ്ഥാപകൻ മാർക് സുക്കർബർഗ് (71 ബില്യൻ ഡോളർ) അഞ്ചാം സ്ഥാനത്തുമാണ്.

    Mexican business magnate Carlos Slim Helu and his family top the overall ‘world’s top billionaires’ list, with a staggering net worth of 73 billion dollars, the report said.

    Bill Gates sits pretty in second place, with a net worth of 67 billion dollars, it added.
