ഓസ്‌കാര്‍ പുരസ്‌കാരം നല്‍കുന്ന അക്കാദമി ഓഫ് മോഷന്‍ പിക്‌ചേഴ്‌സിന്റെ മേധാവി ജോണ്‍ ബെയ്‌ലിക്കെതിരെയാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ആരോപണം ഉയര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്.പ്രശസ്ത ചലച്ചിത്ര ഛായാഗ്രഹകനായ ബെയ്‌ലി കഴിഞ്ഞഓഗസ്റ്റിലാണ് അക്കാദമി ഓഫ് മോഷന്‍ പിക്‌ചേഴ്‌സിന്റെ പ്രസിഡന്റായി ചുമതലേയറ്റത്.75കാനായ ഇയാള്‍ക്കെതിരെ 3 പരാതികളാണത്രെ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.ബെയ്‌ലിക്കെതിരെ പരാതികള്‍ ലഭിച്ച കാര്യം അക്കാദമി ഓഫ് മോഷന്‍ പിക്‌ചേഴ്‌സ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.എന്നാല്‍ പരാതിക്കാരുടെ വിവരങ്ങളോ വിശദീകരത്തിനോ അക്കാദമി തയ്യാറല്ല.ബെയിലും വാര്‍ത്തയോട് പ്രതികരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.ഗിഗോളോ ദി ബിഗ് ചില്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രങ്ങളുടെ ഛായാഗ്രഹാനായിരുന്നു ബെയ്‌ലി.2015ല്‍ അമേരിക്കന്‍ സിനിമറ്റോഗ്രാഫേഴ്‌സ് സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ ലൈഫ് ടൈം അച്ചീവ്‌മെന്റ് പുരസ്‌കാരം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.90 ഓസ്‌കാര്‍ വേദിയില്‍ മീ ടൂ ക്യാംപെയ്ന്‍ ശക്തി പ്രകടമായിരുന്നു ഹാര്‍വി വെയന്‍സറ്റീനെതിരായ പരാതികള്‍ക്കു പിന്നാലെയാണ് ബെയ്‌ലിക്കെതിരെയും

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work. The Act came into force in December 2013, superseding the Vishakha Guidelines introduced by the Supreme Court of India. As per the Act, it is mandatory for organisation with 10 employees or more to set up an Internal Complaints Committee to look into the matters of sexual harassment. आम आदमी पार्टी लगातार यौन शोषण जैसे गंभीर आरोपों में घिरती नज़र आ रही है..सबसे पहले बात दिल्ली के आप विधायक अमानतुल्लाह खान की...जिन पर गिरफ्तारी की तलवार लटक रही है,,,दरअसल अमानतुल्लाह पर उनके साले की पत्नी ने यौन शोषण का आरोप लगाया है..इस मामले में महिला ने रविवार को अदालत में अपना बयान दर्ज कराया है...इसके साथ ही महिला ने अदालत में एक सीडी और एक पेनड्राइव भी जमा कराई है। सीडी और पेनड्राइव में कथित तौर पर महिला और आप विधायक के बीच हुई बातचीत रिकॉर्ड है...पीड़ित महिला ने FIR में कहा, ‘मुझे अमानतुल्लाह पिछले डेढ़ साल से परेशान कर रहे है. उन्होंने मेरे साथ छेड़छाड़ भी की, जिसके बारे में जब मैंने अपने पति को अपनी आपबीती बताई, तो मेरे पति ने भी मेरी मदद नहीं की..’ महिला का दावा है कि अमानतुल्लाह की छेड़खानी और धमकी एक पेन ड्राइव में सेव है जो अमानतुल्लाह के खिलाफ बड़ा सबूत है.इस एफआईआर के बाद अमानतुल्लाह ने सीएम को अपना इस्तीफा भेज दिया था...लेकिन पार्टी ने इसे नामंज़ूर कर दिया... दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसौदिया ने कहा कि ये अमानतुल्लाह का घरेलू मामला है इसलिए पार्टी उनका इस्तीफा स्वीकार नहीं कर रही है..दिल्ली के अलावा पंजाब में भी आप नेता पर नाबालिग से रेप की कोशिश का आरोप लगा है...इससे पहले पंजाब में आप के पर्यवेक्षक पर भी नौकरानी के यौन शोषण का आरोप लगा था।

അമേരിക്കയിലെ ബിരുദ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിനികളില്‍ 60 ശതമാനം പേരും ലൈംഗിക അതിക്രമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇരയായവരെന്ന് പഠന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ഇതില്‍ 38 ശതമാനത്തിലധികവും അധ്യാപകരില്‍ നിന്നോ, കോളേജ് സ്റ്റാഫുകളില്‍ നിന്നോ ആണ്. പുരുഷസഹപാഠികളേക്കാള്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് പീഡനമേല്‍ക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നത് അധ്യാപകരില്‍ നിന്നാണ്. 232 ശതമാനം ആണ്‍കുട്ടികളും ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ പീഠനത്തിനിരയാകുന്നു. അമേരിക്കയില്‍ വിനോദ, വ്യവസായ, രാഷ്ട്രീയ മേഖലകളിലെ പീഡനക്കേസുകള്‍ തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി വാര്‍ത്തയാകുമ്പോഴാണു പുതിയ സര്‍വേഫലം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്. ക്വിന്നിപിയാക് സര്‍വകലാശാലയുടെ സര്‍വേയില്‍ തൊഴിലിടത്തുള്‍പ്പടെ നേരിടേണ്ടി വരുന്ന പീഡനങ്ങളും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു.മൂന്നില്‍ രണ്ട് പീഡനങ്ങളും തൊഴിലിടത്താണ്.
